Our team here is highly trained and all are license professionals. All of our tools here are completely sterilize in our autoclave machine throughout the day. We do not reuse any buffers and files here, clients are given a buffer and a nail file to keep for their own. Each client is seated down with sink liners to avoid bacteria and all our basin and sinks are clean with barbicide and cleaned with soap after each usage. Your health and safety is our mission to keep our customer service satisfaction

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Book an appointment every time and they make you wait 15 minutes... Show up 4 minutes late and they refuse to see you... Even though the person you had an appointment with is clearly in the middle of doing someone else's nails.... Manager (don't know her name, but let's call her "SUGAR FREE" because of that literally being tattooed across her clavicles just wants to argue with her repetitive customers and talk down to them in a ghetto baby voice like they're stupid for showing up 4 minutes late. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! There are a 1000 other nail shops that care about customer service. Clearly not The Gulch or lil' miss Sugar Free
